Hylenex Overview
Hylenex is an injectable prescription medication comprised of hyaluronidase — an enzyme that helps the body break down and disperse hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is the main component of most of the fillers we use at Serenity Aesthetics. Hylenex will not work on RADIESSE, but works on all the products in the JUVÉDERM and Restylane families.
Do I Need Hylenex?
Indications for the use of Hylenex include:
